The Finga’s Heritage Sourdough, using a blend of whole-wheat, rye, white flour, water, salt and sourdough starter; on top of a 48hr fermentation process.
All this to create a sourdough full of wheat aroma, thick crunchy crust, balanced sourness and gets better with each bite.
