Finga's風格的故事

自從1993年, Finga's風格為中部地區的朋友們帶來純手工的異國料理。老闆與老闆娘兩人從一間小小的一樓店面製作冰淇淋變到供應墨西哥料理, 法式料理跟歐式三明治。
在那時期因為除了我們以外只有一間叫Napoli's也是製作異國料理的店家, 所以店面的人氣越來越旺, 不久所有中部的外國人都認識我們了。

很快的小小的店面已經無法負荷客人的需求, 所以我們也找到精誠路的店面開了我們的第一間Finga's義大利餐廳。

29年過後台灣餐飲業的節奏與型態改變了許多, 所以在2020年我們團隊決定轉型成為一間食品製造商, 專門提供歐式麵包、料理食品批發與零售給台灣人民和各類餐飲業者。
現在位於長安路一段162號, 也是我們得中央工廠與零售店面, 我們所提供的服務為三大項
    1.異國食品批發
    2.各類西式料理外燴服務
    3.手工/進口麵包、甜點等食品零售與新鮮三明治外帶

 Finga's Fine Food Story

Since 1993, Finga's Style has been bringing handmade exotic cuisine to friends in Taichung. Starting from a small ground-floor space where the owners crafted ice cream, it evolved to offering Mexican cuisine, French dishes, and European-style sandwiches.

During that period, Napoli's was the only other establishment besides us that specialized in exotic cuisine. As a result, our popularity soared, and soon all foreigners in Taichung knew about us.

The demand quickly outgrew the small space, leading us to open our first Finga's Italian-style restaurant on Jingcheng Road. After 28 years, the rhythm and landscape of Taiwan's food and beverage industry changed significantly.

In 2020, our team decided to transform into a food manufacturer, specializing in providing European bread, culinary products for wholesale and retail to the people of Taiwan and various food industry professionals.

Now located at No. 162, Section 1, Chang'an Road, it serves as both our central factory and retail outlet. Our services include three main categories:

1. Wholesale of exotic food products.
2. Catering services for various Western-style cuisines.
3. Retail of handmade/imported bread, desserts, and fresh sandwich takeaways.
